Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team at National ERC. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and expanding our client base. Your primary focus will be to promote our services, build strong relationships with potential clients, and close sales deals.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect potential clients in various industries to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our ERC optimization services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales strategies and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and effectively convey value propositions.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and secure deals.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of tax credits or previous experience in the financial/tax industry is a plus.
